We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel your scheduled services. If that happens, we respectfully ask for our services to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
We want to be available for your Business, Household and Personal Assistance needs as well as the needs of all our clients.
Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business.
